TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Minimum order: Because of the high costs of packing and shipping fireworks, which require a courier able to transport explosives, we may have to enforce a minimum order of £100 on certain combinations of outdoor fireworks which are not economical to pack in small quantities. Should this be the case with your order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. This applies only to orders which require delivery and which include outdoor fireworks.

1. Special offers can not be used in conjunction with free fireworks deals.
2. Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility.
3. Goods are dispatched up to 21 days prior to your display. A national carrier normally delivers them during working hours Monday to Friday. Please make sure the person nominated is able to receive and store them. A surcharge may be applied if a delivery is refused or cannot be completed. The order will not be left without a valid signature.
4. We require orders to be placed 5 working days prior to the display date to ensure we can process and deliver your order in time.
5. Claims for shortages must be made in writing within four days of receipt of your goods. Please check all packages carefully and only sign for the number you receive. Do not wait until the day of your display before checking the contents.
6. All fireworks conform to British Standards BS7114 Part:2 1988 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions supplied.
7. Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over. It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public place
8. There is a £20.00 carriage and packing charge on all orders to mainland UK. There may be an additional charge for delivery to Scottish Highlands. We will phone you with a quote for all other delivery destinations.
9. We DO NOT ship to the USA or outside of mainland UK (including Channel Islands).
10. Every effort is made to complete your order in full but should the need arise to make substitutions they will be of the same value or greater.
11. No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.
12. Prices are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notification.
13. Where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, Dynamic Fireworks Ltd will accept cancellation of an order provided that the customer confirms in writing to the showroom address on this website within seven days of receipt of the goods. Upon such receipt of such cancellation Dynamic Fireworks will notify the customer of the procedure for collection of the goods. A charge will be made to the customer equal to the cost of collection and return to Dynamic Fireworks Ltd.
